In the show we got to met with Alastor, so who is he and what's his lore.

He was a southern radio host and a serial killer from New Orleans Louisiana when he was alive.

He's both aromantic and asexuel and he died in 1993.

He had been shot in the head by a hunter who mistook him as a deer while he was attempting to bury a body on a hunting ground.

The red x on his forehead that appears when he uses his demonic powers is a reference to his death.

This is also why he resembles a deer.

When he came to to hell, he was extremely powerful due to the something unknown and took down the hell's old overlords one by one.

His powers probably coming from his deal with someone we don't know yet, but fans think it's Lilith the queen of the hell or Roo the root of evil.
