Hey I’ve got a tip! I have a sunflower lanyard as I have Tourette’s and i ordered the plastic card holder things and insted of ordering a new card I actually just made one out of paper saying that I had Tourette’s and I would actually write my own definition in my own words that I think people would understand better!

I have PNES, IBS and GAD so I wear my sunflower lanyard for those reasons. Often times it has helped me a lot and it makes going outside so much easier for me but sometimes I get teased for wearing it and people would try to purposefully trigger a seizure in front of me just to have a laugh. I find some places to be more accepting than others.
