I have a problem where the clock constantly is turned off, I try clicking the down button to change to no sd but it just flashes the time and off again. And if I hold up or any other button it flashes the time.

The charging part won't work on my alarm clock. Do I need to let the clock charge fully? If so how ?

What does turning on “E” do?? “Workday” means nothing! Does the clock know days of the week? Does it suddenly know to only go off Monday-Friday? And if it does, then what if I need to get up Tuesday-Saturday? Or Thursday-Monday?

Does E just make the alarm go 5 days in a row? Does it make it louder? Does it have to be set on a Monday or else it will go for 5 days regardless of what day you set it on? Do I have to turn OFF “E” every time I want my alarm clock to NOT go off? WHAT DOES E EXPLICITLY DO

This video is just as bad as this clock. HEY DUDE, I can not see which magical cheap clock buttons you are pushing and in what sequence! Business tip: Include a complete, articulate, and accurate set of directions with the product. Or how about a web site, nothing fancy. If the customer can actually USE the product, you just might SELL MORE? Just a guess.
