Thank you so much for this. I gave up on Mathematics in school (and school in general) as a 12 year old. I just could not do maths, especially algebra. I really came to hate and fear numbers. Now, I am just finishing a humanities based PhD and decided that I would like to give Mathematics a try. And to my surprise, thirty years after giving up, I am beginning to actually develop a love for maths. This video has helped me hugely. Thank you so much for the calm, non-sensationalized presentation and excellent tuition. This has really taken the mystery out of algebra. Much appreciated.
