This song makes me so sad!!! They both sound so innocent. Neither knew what was to come for their lives. Don Philip has definitely gone through a lot we don't know about. Drugs are only part of his story...he's clearly self-medicating to hide deeper problems. We've seen what the industry did to Britney, I can only imagine what it does to people like Don who never get their big break.

Awe my god i cried watching that audition i felt so bad for him, And poor britney she was about to cry too you could tell it was so awkward for her and hard to tell him no. he did sound good here. I think he sounded ok on x factor. But like britney said maybe it just wasnt what they were looking for. Hes still cute doe.

Honestly, he slayed this song!!! It is sad that he no longer has this voice but anything can happen. He could recover? Maybe it won't be the same but close. I wish him all the best!!!

It really heartbreaking to listen to Don sing in this. How must it feel to go from a duet with one of the most well known pop stars to being at Rock bottom on x factor. It really is disappointing, and heart wrenching.

Even in his X Factor audition, I could tell he had a voice underneath all his emotion and the lack of voice control. To hear this song now after that makes me incredibly sad. It's just so depressing because it's clear he's gone through so much mental torment and self medicating with hard drugs.

His x factor audition, the full one is cringe but also heartbreaking in a way. I feel terribly sorry for him. I hope he can somehow pick himself up from all of this and grow. Simon is wrong, Don isn't a bad singer. He just doesn't have the mental strength or immense drive to achieve his goal. He spent that time on hoping for validation from others rather than finding it within himself. That ultimately contributed to the disaster of his performance.

Again, hope he grows from this, stops using, and start training his voice properly.

I listened to this song all the time growing up. I never knew who Don was.. but he slayed this song!! I’m so sorry that you don’t have the same exact voice babe, but don’t give up if this is what you really want. Coaching helps when you’ve been in and out. You could still kick it. ❤️
