This could be mental health or substance abuse or psychosis or just a panic attack but ppl also forget we are humans that carry energy from the universe and some are more spiritual than other or get signs n msgs energetically . So you should never judge ppl in this situation. Simply let the passenger off the plane .

There's an easy way to tell if he's bullshitting or not. Stand up and shout to him "ok, so what am I going to say next?" Then say something completely random. If he's really in a time loop, he would say it in sync with you
