Start with Drag Curls. Next do Rows one arm at a time (8-10 reps),
Then together to failure.
For the first exercise, hold the bar in front of your thighs, with your shoulders back, chest up, and eyes focused ahead. Shift your elbows back and drag the bar up your torso. Do the rows; rinse and repeat four times.
