even I set allowaccess mode as HTTP https but failed to receive GUI(Web interface) can any one help me in this regard plz

Cannot connect via GUI or ssh:
http and https are allowed; set allowaccess http https ssh telnet
I tried to do telnet and ssh, it says connection refused
I also created new admin and put the ip subnet in trusthost
Also tried resetting httpd sessions
Windows firewall is off
The difference I see to your video is that when I login for first time, it forces me to change password
