US President Donald Trump has praised the free trade deal he's struck with Canada, calling it the biggest in US history.
It's been sealed after more than a year of intense negotiations.
It keeps the two nations - along with Mexico - in a three-way, 1.3-trillion-dollar trade zone, first created 24 years ago.

Al Jazeera's Rosiland Jordan reports from Washington, DC.

The fact that after 25 years of NAFTA and Mexico's slave wages never changed is disgusting. I remember when NAFTA began the critics slammed the fact that there where no conditions put on Mexico to raise wages or allow proper unions. The corporate interests kept saying it would improve, but we knew better. Absolute joke. Mexico gave up the biggest concessions in all this, but they needed to.

It's all too much fuzz over little. Very marginal changes of nafta to save face of something having been done.
