When he sells at the merchent you can see he is lvl 15 that is pretty new and you can barelly see new discover it doesnt take that long to get that

firstly in invetory there was a colossal squid with smth on it
secondly to give fish you need to be level 15+
thirdly to have the title C$ collected he needs to have (or had) 15k and the depth serpent gave 13k which means ToSlowFisch must have had 2k said he is new which means he has played but not to much
fourth he has fish radar which is 8k
