In this, it has a double meaning, kind of. Its about colonoscopy prep. People that get the first items she points out, get a readable scan and understood the instructions. The people who didn't "get it" or didn't understand the instructions, may end up eating foods with restricted dyes. They may not get a good scan. Not only do the red, purple and orange dyes sometimes look like blood to the patient during their prep (which can be pretty scary) but those dyes can also cause the scan to not be as clear and may even affect the lense or tissues of the intestines.

No red or purple colourings! I'm getting one done in two day's! Why girl's only, all human's need to get it done eventually! Whether or not you're a butt cowboy 🤠! I'm actually scared about getting my cherrie popped by a Terminators ET style finger! 😂 So all I can eat is jelly and soup broth, black coffee and water. I'm making chicken soup with rice tonight but I'm not cutting the onion or carrots, I'm gonna save some broth for tomorrow which is my last night before the procedure. Any advice
