Sir i am a big fan of you 😍
Sir *DC* actually *move the electrons*
On the other hand *AC oscillates the electrons* in

Most electronic item uses semiconductor(chips, transistors etc) devices and polorized capacitors. That is a why dc is used.

We also need to mention that the converters we us to charge our mobile devices (AC to DC) are also step down transformers? Thank you an informative video.

how do low voltage device survive 220v supply, do they have inbuilt resistor??

According to ac theory, current has to flow through both wires alternately but we find live wire and neutral wire in domestic ac applications...does that mean the electrons come through live wire and return through neutral like dc current...Please explain...

Fully rectified AC(without capacitor bank) is DC or AC? Graph obtained is bumpy in nature.

I am not electrical engineer but out of curiosity made a dc generator with 48v 1000w permanent magnet dc motor connected to a 35cc petrol motor with pulleys and belt as driver. It runs and shows volts 48 upto 60. But it gives no current output and doesn't run any loads i connect like a dc bulb or other dc motor at output terminals of generator. Instead it generator pulls and slows down petrol motor. Please identify the mistake I did and provide any solution. I need to run another load of 750w with this output. Thank you 🙏

🎯 Key Takeaways for quick navigation:

💡 Direct current (DC) remains constant in magnitude and direction over time, making it steady and reliable.
🔄 DC can be produced using generators, rectifiers (like battery chargers), batteries, solar panels, etc.
📱 Many electronic appliances, such as mobile phones, utilize DC power due to its stability and the inability to store AC power.
🌞 Solar panels produce DC power, making DC essential for renewable energy applications.
🚗 DC power is widely used in low voltage applications, including charging batteries and in automotive and aircraft systems.
🏢 HVDC (High Voltage Direct Current) transmission is employed for bulk power transmission due to lower electrical losses compared to AC systems.
🔋 DC supply is represented by symbols like a battery, indicating its steady output.
💡 Understanding DC is crucial for various fields, from electronics to renewable energy, due to its widespread applications and reliability.
