How FUN! I have a short, swingy “COLD SHOULDER” dress that I LOVE - EXCEPT for the bare shoulders 😕. Having to wear a top over it, or an entire SHIRT underneath is just too hot, but STOCKINGS might be the perfect solution!

I made the second design with my fishnets and I loved it but my shoulders are too broad :( had to cut so much extra space and now it rolls down constantly causing it to tear when I move again. Such a bummer, but loved your tutorial!
