I’m so completely lost. It’s like someone unplugged all the switchboard cables of my mind. All my loves, some that I’ve carried since I was small, are gone. My passions. My hobbies. My desires. All just gone. I don’t know what to do or where do go. I’m just so lost and It’s making my day to day miserable without goal, or focus.

I'm in the middle of the road, too, and I hate it. I haven't gotten my first million, heartbreaks, more heartbreaks, a little more heartbreaks, and a lot of imperfections, mistakes, sins, with a sprinkle of perseverance. I'm still trying to be perseverant. Faith in God!

I seen that movie called the Betty Broderick Story. As soon as Dan turned 40, he was obviously going through a midlife crisis. He bought a red convertible like he's still 19 years old, left his wife for a younger woman and even married her.

I also notice that when a man is going through that stage, he does the combover and tries to dress like a teenager. When older people try to dry like a college student, they make themselves look older

His mercies are new every morning, the depths of Him are beyond our thoughts. Therefore seek Him everyday, everywhere and your years will be full of gladness, joy and peace.

also people realizing halfway through life that they’ve chased everything in life to be happy when none of that can really bring them happiness. only their relationship with hashem and revelation of their souls mission brings purpose to life and when they’ve busied themselves with all other things except that relationship and revelation they find themselves empty and thinking a new girlfriend or a new car is what they need to fill their void when really only their creator can

It is another phase of awareness.
Oftentimes, slightly delusional people come to the realization that they are, in fact, finite.
The wise person clings to the infinite.

Well- said, again! It is a maturing and a realization that only what really matters really matters... to bring all the booyah home....we ARE TO Bring the godliness down toi earth. We have the free choice.. so whats the problem NOW with why we can't make it right after things have been made to go so wrong? IT'S JUST TIME TO MAKE IT ALL ....RIGHT. NOT ALL WRONG. SHALOM

“This is the true joy in life, being used for a purpose recognized by yourself as a mighty one. Being a force of nature instead of a feverish, selfish little clod of ailments and grievances, complaining that the world will not devote itself to making you happy. I am of the opinion that my life belongs to the whole community and as long as I live, it is my privilege to do for it what I can. I want to be thoroughly used up when I die, for the harder I work, the more I live. I rejoice in life for its own sake. Life is no brief candle to me. It is a sort of splendid torch which I have got hold of for the moment and I want to make it burn as brightly as possible before handing it on to future generations.”
― George Bernard Shaw

Big crissis rabbi. More than half way there and a person that has seen the there. Trying to find and see God more and living a spiritual life with ones that dont belive and dont want you to. I guess l will have hardships by the ones that diss God, rabbi's like you and the afterlife, will find out l was kinda right at there so called end. What can l do. I cant just walk away from God and wisdom it brings. Its impossible.

What if I had those thoughts before my midlife? Like at 18 years old. Is that normal?

And what if the answer back from the void is: nothing

But you don’t know how to continue… what path to take… if you are in survival mode, it’s difficult to have a clear mind. Anyway I liked the concept of mature instead of crisis unless it feels horrible.
