It will be difficult for BRICS to be "dynamic" while China and India remain enemies. Obviously this is not the choice of China but that of India who continue to refuse to move on from the Galwan Valley border clash of two years ago while foolishly claiming that China is their enemy. Indian foreign minister S. Jaishankar rudely responded to a recent peace overture by Wang Yi by saying that normal relations between India and China are not possible while the border crisis persists. Then the Indian defence minister Rajnath Singh is delusional to claim that China is the main "security threat" faced by India.
