after about 7 minutes I finally feel meditative. at first I felt very uneasy. I have a very light feeling, like floating in my body, but in my head there is a feeling of pressure or fullness. I'm not uncomfortable but I'm not entirely comfortable.

Well, I did sleep deeply enough for about four and a half hours... don't think I dreamt at all... I've heard that 10Hz can help the body heal, but what do I know? (I have also heard 440 mHz is horribly bad for a person, but again, what do I know?)
