My favorite Dark Brandon meme has to be the mug the Biden campaign sold at some point. It had a regular picture of Joe Biden on it, but if you poured a hot liquid in the mug he'd get laser eyes.

Yes it is an unfounded idea, primarily because it is RIDICULOUS. Why throw a game (pay off two teams, pay for the venue and the coverage, etc..) when you can schedule a bunch of speeches and buy some ads?
