The only reason I think the 16e is trash is the price, there are so many good android phones that you could get for just a little bit more money and be on flagship levels, and even more that cost less and you get more, like with nothing for instance

I was considering replacing my 13 mini with the 16e but as soon as i saw the price i instantly changed my mind, especially as i paid £480 for the mini directly from apple.

Nah for 60hz ped scren, no magsafe or mag charging, a core missing and down clocked, and a nuetered camera i argue it shoulda been more like $399 maybe the agreed $499 if realy pushing it to the max

I traded my 15 pro max in for this phone and I don’t regret it. YouTube and social media has ruined how people think AVERAGE people really feel. So let me set the record straight. For 1) Apple NEVER SOLD SUB 500$ PHONES!!! I do not for the life of me get why people keep saying the phone should be cheaper. It’s not meant to be a budget phone like my old A35 Samsung is. It’s not meant to be cheap. Apple is like Ferrari of smartphones. They have always made high quality phones and wanted you to work your way UP to afford their devices. That’s why iPhones even today are status symbols or something everyone with decent change to spend obtain. It’s not about can it do whatever an android phone can for less. Just like Ferrari doesn’t give you all the stuff a regular car does. That’s not the point however. It’s the performance. My 16e literally stomps every phone in its price range. And it’s not even close. In Geekbench 6 I actually got a higher score than my old 15 pro max. On both single core and multi core scores. This phone is a rocket in your pocket. It does everything so well and smooth. I don’t need all the camera gimmicks and I don’t want to keep spending over a thousand dollars for a phone: this phone is a flagship phone that isn’t a flagship since the pro models exist. But again. This is not meant to be a cheap phone like how Samsung makes a A35. Matter of fact. This is Apples version of the S24fe. And it smokes that phone is the chip compartment. It scores way higher. Comparing this phone to pro models or older phones also messes this one point that sold me on it. It’s a brand new iPhone that’s high quality build. Newest modem. And it is unique as it doesn’t look like every other iPhone that’s a 13 or newer. And the size is perfect for one hand texting and swiping.
