I just used this and changed out my broken window in about an hour or so. Definitely take off the seal around rhe top and not off the white clips around the sides.

Great video, just watched it. The cable drive at the bottom of the regulator just corroded through completely, so I need to order a new window slide regulator and fit it.

I found taking the rubber seal off at the bottom part of the door too time consuming and easy to break the clips. it is far easier to remove the rubber around the window frame as its just a push fit into a channel. no clips.
