Surprisingly! There was a skull found many centuries ago by farmers in a field in Khatu village of state Rajasthan in India. But that skull was not made by bones but of some other material. After searching in scriptures the priests of that area found that this is the skull of a warrior named 'Barbarik' who existed 5000 years ago and it is mentioned in texts that the warrior was not normal or human, he had extraordinary abilities. And that skull too has an elongated forehead. He is now a very revered deity in india and people call him Khatu Shyam. That skull is still placed as the deity in Khatu village of India but is decorated with sandalwood paste, lots of gold jewels, diamonds and flowers. A large number of people visit the temple everyday.
