Haven't been to Apple Park yet, but I went to the Company Store at 1 Infinite Loop before and after the renovation 2014-2016, got a bunch of stuff you can't buy anywhere else. There was TONS more stuff before the renovation.

Thank you, this video was really helpful. I'm touring California this December for two weeks. Apple Park Visitor Center came to my mind. I'll skip it as it isn't worth visiting. It's a shame they don't have an Apple museum.

Very underwhelming indeed. They should totally offer a guided “big ring” building tour (even if it’s a partial “safe” area only) and THE ultimate historic apple museum! Not worth anyone’s time really.

I hope you visited the computer history museum. I spent 6 hours within. Great! And my familiy and I had the luck to see a stunning Pixar exhibition at the california science center in LA.

All good ideas for improvement. Love the idea of an expanded gift shop with T-shirts, mugs, etc. If I'm going to this place, odds are I already have all the Apple products I need and aren't going to drop $1, 000 just to buy another tablet.

I love the idea of a museum there. Also, I'm surprised that they did not build the store with a view of the main building. Too bad.

Thank you for this, I’m in Cali rn for a work related trip and about 30 mins from this location and was thinking of visiting tomorrow since it’s my only day to explore before I go back to my home state. I’m way ahead of you and share all of your conclusions. Went at the end of last year as a day trip out of San Francisco. The virtual campus is fun on the iPad and you can buy some unique merch but apart from that it’s just an Apple Store. Nice place to sit on the roof and drink a coffee and watch the world go by. If you want a video of the iPad experience I can send it to you 😊 The nearby Winchester Mystery house is a much more interesting visit.

I am a dyed in the wool Appla Fan since 1994. Frankly, instead of a 'hard copy" visit, I look forward to detailed, feature-rich tours of MANY distant or otherwise inaccessible locations via Vision Pro headsets. Seems like one of many potential uses for Apple's next TECH altering products.

How is this not worth a visit? I visited that place more than once. I like the fact that the store has a miniature model of the company’s main headquarters, I was provided an iPad to see the interiors of the building

Not sure where you got info that if you buy say an unlocked iPhone in the U.S., why it wouldn’t work in the UK? I believe the U.S. models don’t have physical SIM cards anymore but surprised UK carriers don’t support eSIM. The modems are pretty much the same all around the world these days.

Also sad to hear the Apple Cafe wasn’t great. I am sure if Steve Jobs was still alive, he’d hold them to a higher standard.
