If i ever do this, here are some rules i would def follow
1. If you hear any noise that you didnt make, gtfo
2. If you see lights -> someone is most likely home
3. If the area is extremely dark, dont go in there
4. Make a map so you dont get lost
5. Travel with some personal defense equipment e.g. pepper spray
6. Dawn protective gear ALWAYS
7. Trust your instincts
8. Be extremely careful when walking on the upper floors (if its weak they can break)
9. NEVER NEVER NEVER investigate something
10. Try not to go at night since you can attract more attention using lights to light up the area
11. Strongly encouraged to go in groups of 3, never split up, always have each others back
12. Do some research before exploring said space, ANY information is good from paranormal activities to murder cases
13. Dont be an idiot. If you friend suggests something dumb, slap them and say thats it will land yall in trouble
14. Dont get caught my law
15. Bad vibes? Gtfo
