context:

this is a really confusing movie so im gonna do my best to explain this scene. These people heard someone in the grass and were going to save them but as they went inside they got lost and when they tried to get out the grass was getting taller and turning into a maze, the grass can make you think that you are close with someone when in reality you are not.

“In the Tall Grass” is a horror movie about 3 groups of people stuck in the grass. Also, made my Stephen King. A family of 3, and a dog. A little boy named Tobin is always leading people in the field by screaming for help, telling people to come in and help him.

The women in the video shown is pregnant and the boy she’s talking to is her brother. Tobin led them into the field. And another guy, not shown in the video either is the Father of the baby.

The dad of Tobin is sort of the mastermind of the situation and is trying to sacrifice the pregnant women and her child to the rock.

The rock is a giant mythical rock in the center of the field. It controls the whole field, everything alive. Which is why the grass is constantly moving. It’s moving everything with a pulse, so it’s kind of like it’s teleporting people closer and farther away from eachother.


But everything dead doesn’t move a bit. Also, in this movie they had to be in the grass 1-2 years even, and they keep dying and coming back to life. It’s making the people go crazy and creating a illusion that they can’t get out of the grass. And they don’t know track of time so they don’t know how long they’ve been in the grass.

It’s a terrifying movie..
