Im half way through my AS-exams and i find that the bast way to keep a clear head is to not panic about it, i always tell myself that the paper has already been written, its not been decided on how well i know each topic and it may go in my favor but we wont know until the exam. Another tip i find the most helpful us that as soon as your told to put your pen down, thats it. There is nothing more you can do whether your happy with what you have done or not, you cant change anything so there is no point in worrying about it, just keep revising for the next exam.
