This could not have come at a better time. I just got a desk job for the first time in my life. I prefer a standing/walking job, but here we are. And I get such a knot in my upper back nearly every day. And even though I get up about every 1-2 hours and walk around, my upper back/neck still hurt. These moves were perfect for what ails me(pun 100% intended)
