My mail keeps getting either lost or stolen from Lenoir n.c. I'm sick of it. My b.day present was stolen. It was sent out Friday Sept 8th 2023 and not came to me yet in Gaston county. Someone needs to be investigated and postal inspectors need to do their jobs or be fired. Those workers steal too and I'm sick of this thief. I pay
For my post box but get poor service. I pay my way thru life why can't these trash do the same.

All well and good, but what USPS isn't talking about is INTERNAL mail theft within USPS. I've had my outgoing first class mail (deposited directly into USPS custody in a Post Office lobby) vanish on three occasions. I know longer send ANYTHING via the Postal Service. I pay all bills online via credit card and, if I have to ship anything, it goes via United Parcel Service.

If they would stop leaving packages (beside) the box for everyone to see, instead of bringing them to the address, there would be less theft.
