Ts100 soldering iron not heating up

I recently purchased 2 ts100 soldering irons. I went to test them, and one would not heat up. After some playing around it appears to be a faulty tip. The one that does not work had a resistance of 8 ohm while the other were 10 ohm. Doesn't seem like much, but could be the issue
