Specifications / description:
* Power: 24 watts
* Heating surface 3.5 inches. Raised .5 mm above surface.
* Adjustable temperature 77F - 230F OR 25C - 110C
* Liquid in cup raised to 130F/55C
* Displayed temperature is the temperature of the heating pad
* Claims: Polyimide (PI) film, fire resistant heating ( False, Polyimide is an insulator. The actual heating element is the usual resistance wire )

Observations:
* Gap around heating element
* Buttons: power button, up, down
* Change F to C: press up and down, hold for 3 seconds
* Teflon or some kind of non-stick surface
* Body gets very hot
* Power plug is warm
* Warming cup of water took a hour to get hot, thick glass=slow, metal much quicker

Other issues:
* Does not shut off
* Heats up with or without cup

Does this warmer come with a rechargeable battery? So it could be used for camping?
