Love the idea. That's not a ballon, just a big ball. Most have a vent spot so you can let the air out and not ruin the ball. Use it for something else. I think acrylic paint could be used to paint the " blood". It's a little easier to find than fake blood. You can make fake blood, but the recipe I've heard uses corn syrup and such. That would not hold up outside. Really like the spider. Pool noodles from Dollar Tree could possibly he used for the legs. Check with thrift stores to see if they have cloth/clothes that can't be sold and are headed for the trash. Use those instead of your own clothes to chop up.

The hour glass is underneath the spider not on top. At least get it right and they are glossy black not hairy.
