Product Review: First impressions out of the box weren’t the greatest. The headset does not come with a case like many of the other ones do at a similar or cheaper price range. It also has a cheaper set of cables that come with it as well that are not very long. As for the headset itself it does sound incredible. The bass hit very hard which is the most important thing for me and everything else sounded great as well. They seemed to opt for a cheaper construction in this one which gives both good and bad properties. It is a lighter weight for sure which makes it one of the more comfortable headsets I have yet to wear. Though with the lighter weight I think it makes it feel a little more chinsey. The battery life claims to have a 30 hour battery and looking in the battery compartment I can probably say it is accurate by the size of battery that comes with it. The noise cancelling worked fairly well but I do advise you to use this feature only when there is actual outside noise present. If there is no noise present it will not sound nearly as good as without.


Who Would Buy This: Entry level music listeners

Cons: Accessories are cheap – No case – Durability?

So excited. Went to an overstock shop and purchased these for 5 dollars. Came with the leather bag, box and all accessories. Charging 8 hours is recommended. Cant complain. Love the deal I got.

I bought these headphones last week and they sound pretty good, are very comfortable, and the bluetooth works well, I can make it around my entire work office, probably 50 feet in any direction. The noise cancelling I leave off, cuts out too many frequencies. I got them for $40 on amazon with a coupon, well worth it.

I have this headset and really like them. I ordered mine from Amazon for around 65.00. when they arrived the box was wrapped in plastic just live when you buy a cd. They came in a nice box and too my surprise it also came with a nice leather storage bag . . I really like this head set no problems so far.

Bought these & like them EXCEPT, the silver triangle on the side has your Vol + and Vol - and maybe it's just me, but who puts the volume - on the top and vol + on the bottom -- totally counter intuitive IMO. If I want the volume to increase, I push the button on top on every single remote or electronic thing I own...except these. Not enough to never buy again, but just seems so crazy they'd make them that way. Who knows.

I just got these today and am wearing them now
Nice fit, comfortable, actually over-ear (my ears are a little big so I was a little scared that they would be too small but not a problem at all now that I'm wearing them), sound quality is honestly not great but it's good enough- average sound quality but definetly not 'noticably bad' in any way. Still fine. BT connection is very fast and easy. Notice cancellation is not so great, without music you can hear surroundings pretty well, with music on low volume you can still hear moderate noise mildly. But with regular volume there's no problem. I personally don't really mind about the noise cancellation, it still works ok and that's more than good enough for me. OVERALL 7/10 good headphones, comfortable, easy to use, definetly acceptable listening experience. Probably worth the money spent, no regret buying. I hope I helped you out a bit if you are thinking of buying these.

They come with a pouch. Not sure why you omitted that. Also, they work very well for the price. $70.00 as opposed to $300-$500. Big difference. Works great when indoor cycling or on the treadmill. When you're in noisy situations, you're not going to get the best fidelity from any set of headphones anyway. I use a different set if I'm just kicking back and listening to music. I think you miss the point with respect to the application and performance in that context.

Hi Robo, I've a quick question, two actually... Are you still convinced of the quality of the ISELECTOR BNC80? My son has Phonophobia, that means that he get scarried with loud noises like fireworks or firecrackers. I'm wondering if such a noise cancelling headphones would help him. Would the noise cancelling work good enougth to 'cancel' the outside firecracker noise being he at home in the living room? Would very much appreciate any hint. Thank you Robo!!

I'm pleased they are not the same as the others that were exactly the same but different, otherwise I would be looking around for something different but the same.

I just received these cans in the mail today. Muddy mids, good lows and highs. Surprisingly light! The noise canceling feature works very well (It mutes my air conditioner... i had to check to see if it was still running!) Bluetooth pairing was simple using both NFC and the old school pairing menu. Also, I haven't hardwired the cans to an audio source but i plan on doing that tomorrow. All in all, not bad!

I think the price for these headphones is a good deal. Above average sound, active noise cancelling, and 30 hours of wireless for 30 hours: 70 bucks. This is a great starter set.

I'd really like to know how you removed that battery cover so easily. I only had mine for less than a week and it stopped working. I was hoping a reset would rectify this issue, but I'm having a terrible time removing the battery cover. Is it a hooking mechanism where you have to press down to release it, was it glued together, did you use any special tool or screwdriver to remove it initially? Thanks in advance!

I got these for $11 USD (shipped) off amazon by stacking two coupon codes... the cords are definitely cheap and produce some background static when plugged into PC, but over bluetooth they're crystal clear, and I've never run out of battery between charges. I just can't complain for the price...
