Hiccups? I had them for 3 days. Augh

My hiccups have been going on last yesterday close to around 12 hours It stops for a bit and continues .

I hope I can help here. When I have hiccups, they last for hours on end. I found this trick where I get a LOT of room temp water, and drink little (not ridiculously little) sips and swallow as quickly and much as I can without break. WORKS WONDERS EVERY TIME!

I went to the VA emergency room last night, no relief. Im on my 4th day and no relief. This odd it's never happened before. I don't want drugs but that might be the only solution.

Breath a few time then stop and try to swallow like 3 times, after a couple it will be very hard to swallow but it makes it go away. Worked for me a good amount of times

My husband gets the hickcups sometimes . Usually go to the Er and get the Thorzene shot and it clears it right up but it hasn’t help this time.

No it didn't work for husband put him out for five days

I get them for long periods if I don't do a 3-5 day water fast, at least every 6 months. During and after the fast, Im way less likely to get gastritis and hiccups.
