Rendering duplicate frames to 60 hertz doesn't actually make games 60fps. It can can help with stuttering in some systems but it will still run at 30 fps unless it was designed for higher framerates. You can use a 60 fps patch to force games to run at 60 frames but that usually causes a lot of problems. The setting isn't that important. Also for best graphics set upscale type to hybrid, 5x (whatever ur system can handle) and turn the deposterize on for texture scaling. Also texture scaling itself is a preference and can look bad in some games or people just dont like it. For texture filtering select Auto Max Quality. Turn hardware tessellation on so ur GPU is used more/better performance. That's about all u can do in the program unless u wanna add shaders and really finetune things. I also noticed Vulkan can sometimes cause the graphics to mess up in games (flickering artifacts) so you should either use dx11 or OpenGL when that happens.

For all my Lossless Scaling bros:

Do not activate, ,Render dublicate frames to 60 HZ" because this causes problems with Lossless scaling.
Just leave it off, but the game in bordered and you are good to go!
