Johannes Bonatti et al. Advanced Robotically Assisted Hybrid Coronary Intervention Video 257.1

This video in Gharagozloo et al. "Robotic Surgery" 2nd Edition 2020 shows the angiogram of a patient who received robotic totally endoscopic coronary artery bypass (TECAB) x 2 followed by percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) of the left main coronary artery. Two internal mammary artery grafts were placed through ports only using a surgical robot and the left main coronary artery was treated by balloon angioplasty and stenting after puncture of the groin. The patient did not have to undergo a sternotomy. Advanced hybrid coronary intervention represents a viable minimally invasive alternative to classic multi-vessel coronary artery bypass grafting.
