Nice upgrade for the line of thermocouple amplifiers. The only downside to any of the AdaFruit thermocouple amplifier breakout boards is the use of the screw terminal instead of the mini thermocouple connectors (the blade type). Thermocouple wires are really fine and don't like being flexed a lot. The connectors strain-relief the thermocouple cable inside the male connector body. And the connector contacts (blades on the mini) are different widths to polarize the connector.

Those toggle switches are fine for up to 4 amps. look at the contacts...

NeoPixel Product for (large) 7 segment displays?

I recently searched for a kind of display to be easely readable from bigger distances (approx 10 to 15 feet) just to read out a simple figure. Large 7 segment displays seem to be surprisingly hard to find, relatively expansive and compared to Neo Pixel also relativly more complex in setup.

If there would be some pcb with 7 (+1 for decimal point) proberly arranged and wired Neo Pixels be available, it would be relatively easy to setup and control a 7 segment display or even a daisy chained array of them. Plastic housings could by self 3d printed based upon shared STLs.
