Bomgar Representative Console Demonstration

Just a quick little demonstration of the Bomgar Representative Console, version 12.1.1
There are a few added features in the new version that I mention as well as an overview of the features that have been available in Bomgar in the past.
For those who don't know what Bomgar is, it is a hardware appliance that uses software to connect reps and users to collaborate on computer issues, much like VNC, WebEx, and others. Bomgar now offers an app in the iTunes app store so you can securely remote into customer computers with your iPhone and iPad
