BEACH WORKOUT AND WELLNESS DAY VLOG

In this video we will be taking you with us for a beach workout and wellness day vlog. Self care/wellness days are soo important! On this channel we have shown you a few different options when it comes to taking a relaxing day to yourselves. We personally love the spa, a massage, a park picnic day, the beach, a work out and more. This is another wellness/self care type of day we like to do so I hope this gives you all some ideas as well.

Love the Amazon blanket, the print is so cute too! I need to do more workouts at the beach! Yass, you guys killed that workout. So smart to bring weights too! Malibu is so beautiful even on gloomy days!! I would love to visit someday <3 Your little setup with the blankets is so cute!! I would lay out there all day too, haha! Of course, some seagulls had to stop by, haha! I'm always afraid the ones flying by are going to poop on me, LOL!! I never think to run on the beach, but that's such a great idea!! Situps and weighted workouts are always so killer too. Rodeo Drive looks so beautiful too! I'd love to visit there as well! Look at all those pumpkins! Fall is my favorite time of the year <3 Great reminder to take care of ourselves :))
