Very useful method
It is easy explained in a very short time.

I think the best method is multiplying the number with approximation like for ex - 565×99 = means .. 565 ×100-565 ..
It works for all..

The trick is not Complete. We must consider the Base as well.. when multiplied with 9 base is 10 and when multiplied with 99 base is 100. Hence 454x99 has to be 5 digit number.. and cannot be 6 digit. Try to Search Nikhilam Method for Multiplication.

But it doesn't work if the first digit is greater than second. eg. 454 X 99. How do we do that?

This trick doesn't work for 2 digit no. multiplied by 9. Try multiply 2 digit no. with 9.   Example 35x9 or 46x9

Rubbish and useless.
For 99*6 why would i use so lengthy process ???
Just use 100*6=600
Then 600-6
Answer will be 594 ..
