I love spicy food, so here is a spicy ramen recipe for you guys

Recipe:

Chicken Broth ⠀

- 1 chicken ⠀
- water ⠀
- onions ⠀
- Leeks ⠀
- Chili peppers ⠀
- Celery ⠀
- ginger ⠀
- Garlic ⠀
- mushrooms ⠀
- Coriander seeds ⠀
- Carrots ⠀
- fresh thyme ⠀
- fresh parsley ⠀
⠀⠀
Tare / Kaeshi (1-2 people) ⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 20g ginger, finely grate ⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 1 tablespoon of Mirin ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 1-2 tablespoons soy sauce ⠀⠀
- 150ml dashi or alternatively 150ml water ⠀
- a few drops of sesame oil and chilli sauce ⠀
- 100g light or dark miso paste ⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀
- Mix everything, bring to the boil and set aside ⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀
Fried Chicken ⠀
⠀⠀⠀
- paprika powder ⠀⠀⠀
- Garlic powder ⠀⠀⠀
- Chili powder ⠀⠀⠀
- pepper ⠀⠀⠀
- salt ⠀⠀⠀
- oregano / thyme ⠀⠀⠀
- Mix the spices with the flour ⠀⠀⠀
- Turn the chicken in flour ⠀⠀⠀
- Turn in egg and chili sauce ⠀
- turn in Panko ⠀⠀⠀
- Fry until golden brown in the deep fryer or pan / wok ⠀⠀⠀
- Set aside, let rest for 5 minutes ⠀⠀⠀

Ramen ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- Bring the ramen noodles of your choice to the boil (shortly before serving) ⠀⠀

Egg, soft boiled ⠀
⠀
- Cook the egg for 5-6 minutes, depending on its size ⠀
- Quench in ice water and peel ⠀⠀⠀
- Put in a marinade consisting of soy sauce, mirin and water ⠀⠀
- Optional: the egg with marinade in a freezer for 12h-2 days

Toppings ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

- Spring onions ⠀
- Chili peppers ⠀
- Naruto Maki ⠀
- meat ⠀
- Ramen egg ⠀
- Chili sauce ⠀
- Black and white sesame ⠀
- Nori sheet ⠀
- Chilli flakes

- Put the tare in the bowl while it is boiling ⠀⠀⠀⠀
- Top up with the boiling broth ⠀⠀⠀⠀
- Add the ramen noodles ⠀⠀⠀
- Halve the egg ⠀⠀⠀
- Serve the meat and the remaining toppings ⠀⠀
- There are no limits to visual creativity
