If this design is confirmed already, hopefully there is a parking garage for the stadium, which is very similar to the Moda Center. Especially there's transit access to get to the stadium (like the Orange Line MAX, Streetcar, and FX BRT). In other photos, there are buildings coming as well.

I’m sure it’ll come up as a ballot measure and another property tax increase since the state can’t figure out how to pay for things any other way. With the purposed restructuring of SB5 and the slew of private investors the PDP president eluded to, the budget will use barely little if any private tax dollars. Plus the amount of economic spur this creates through jobs and tourists foot traffic will bring the city back to life. Literally a no brainer. Don’t know why people in this town don’t like exciting things…

2 issues: 1- MLB in Portland has been tried multiple times and each time the MLB Association has screwed it up and left town with the city holding the financial bag. 2- Isn’t this basically the same plot of land where the city already agreed to let LiveNation build a physical manifestation of its stranglehold over the live music industry?

I am all for it - however game day is going to completely gugger knot the city. a major car park will be needed on the east side, Im sure they are planning - I just cant see where...
