What is a Section 321?

Crossing into the U.S. comes with many responsibilities as a highway carrier. Such as knowing what type of shipments you’re hauling and how they will be released at the port of arrival. One of the more common shipment types when hauling the U.S is a Section 321, otherwise known as a Type 86 entry, or a De Minimus Value Entry.
