Finally got my offer accepted after almost 2 months of searching. After my realtor told me my offer was accepted I told her I do not know if I should be excited or not due to being frustrated with 5 to 6 offers getting outbid by cash and conventional offers. I am in Underwritng phase so I should be closing in about 2 weeks. I am getting so excited now. lol

This is out of control. Sellers are taking full advantage of the market.

I feel so disappointed that these sellers have a such a negative view when using income assistance programs. I've had 2 offers get rejected due to the moderate income program. They totally discriminate against single working mothers 😔

During the bidding process, is it normal practice for the bidders amount not to disclosure. My sister bid three times on a home and the seller accepted her last bid. However, she asked the seller to reveal the other offers, and he said, NO.
