Sync Trello to Your Calendar with Cronofy (2-Way Connection)

Syncing your Trello cards to your calendar is a great way to stay on top of your projects. But the Trello Calendar power-up can take a long time to sync and does not allow you to edit due dates within your schedule.

I have a construction company and do all my delegation and scheduling using Trello and Cronofy. I have created separate Trello and Gmail accounts for each of my 5 team members. When I assign and schedule a project it syncs instantly to their individual calendar on their phone out in the field. Works awesome! Thanks and great job Scott!

Hi Scott, I use Trello and cronofy for my business and i'm currently having a duplication issue within google, each Trello task is showing 3 of the same tasks within google (it must be linked to 3 different calendars within google) I have searched for hours both within Trello and on google/youtube to try and find a way to un-sync 2 of the calendars please could you help? Wonderful! I thought 2-way sync is always very expensive and requires a subscription. The video is a bit older, but I saw that some 2-way sync extensions are available. Is Cronofy still a recommendation in 2023?

Hi - great videos! I am looking for a way to implement the RPM/OPA system, meaning I would need to see how many minutes/day different tasks of different labels sum up to (how many minutes for "must do" items for the day added up, how many minutes for all items for the day) AND I would like to schedule the items (not only get the due date in my calendar, but the time I plan on doing it e.g. 8-9a.m., etc). Any ideas?

Thanks for this video, I found the 2 way sync very helpful. I am currently using the free version of Team Gantt, the free version of Trello, along with Google Calendar and want to sync all 3 together seamlessly. Do you have any suggestions on how to make this happen? I want to be able to focus on big picture stuff on Team Gantt, sync to Trello to manage which day I'll complete individual tasks in my to do list on Trello, and then schedule times to be viewed on my Google Calendar. Is this possible? I currently have a small team who don't need access to a gantt chart and so Trello is the perfect ecosystem for them, but I need this additional PM capability. I'm also open to other ways of doing things if you have recommendations. Thanks.

Thank you for the excellent tutorial. I need to know how to send a board to another account so the receiver can have it as a private board vs a shared board. The receiver needs to make changes that will not affect my board. TIA.
