Using Expert AI I changed the global consumption of fuel by -50%. This means that nations will use half of the fuel they would normally use. This change is especially good for countries that lack oil.

I hate how the axis (germany) have a lot of troops spreaded in the country, and they dont even wanna move that troops to defend and attack better lol

It was really painful seeing the axis fail to take Athens for over 2 years. Greece probably caused over a million deaths.
