The worst part is that when you seek help from HR to report a disgruntled employee nothing gets done. There is 0 support from HR for bullying and harassment in the workplace and it happens even in corporate world.

Have you ever worked at a retail store? Customers come in and threaten the employees, then there's the employees that don't want to work and make it harder on the other employees to work.

Just be kind. Try and just STFU instead of telling someone off next time you get that inclination.

I worked for Walmart in 1999 as a GM for the store until 2003 and in those 4 years I have never been as stressed as I was back then. I’m not sure what his ordeal was and he definitely shouldn’t have killed other people but it is definitely a tough job. Does anyone know why he did it? RIP to the victims and prayers to their families and friends.

And alot of the coworkers will just make up ish on order to get you fired especially those who don't work but want you to join their bandwagon in bullying someone they don't like. Management is trained to ignore your complaints and then ask you why you don't come to them. If your black working at Walmart you won't retire there and never feel wanted there. They don't accknowledge your hard work. If your manager that just a trap set to move you from your position to a higher position to get rid of you. Especially being black. I went from one Walmart never disciplined exhausting to a transfer in Alamogordo where I knew my skin color was a problem. Then began to receive write up after write and accusation after accusations I got fed up with it and it hurt me alot but I'd rather be at peace then be harassed and lied on and feel u wanted in appreciated cause I am a black woman. I'm sure he felt justified in what he did. I. Sure he had a meltdown I'm sure he felt the way I did at some point. I just couldn't stop replaying what was done to me in my head. I cried, I hated, I thought of homicide and suicide for months. They treat blacks like disposable employees then call you disgruntle when you snap. Actually they treat people who don't know how to kiss butt bad as well.

Walmart needs to pay ATTENTION and ACT when employees go to management regarding other employees who use intimidation & act like a nut case toward others. There's a team lead at a walmart in AZ that behaves just like this guy reportedly did, only she's white & old. Many quit Walnart because of her after reporting & no action being taken to correct her. She has screamed at fellow employees in front of customers & management ignores. Loves to belittle. Was fired from Sear's for same reason. Ended up at Wallyworld, getting lead position!!!
