As part of IJ’s Project on Immunity and Accountability, James King and IJ are asking the Supreme Court to strike down immunity for police task force officers who brutally beat an innocent college student.

When cops violate the law, they must be charged and prosecuted.

If the supreme court sent specific instructions down to a lower court and they were ignored, that lower court needs to be purged.

I had no idea this was still getting stalled in the courts. What those plain clothes cops (one was an FBI agent, iirc) did to him was so dirty, they should be in prison. After they realized he wasn't the perp they were looking for, they jailed him and tried to frame him in an effort to keep the public from finding out about their crimes.

Supreme courts needs to repeal qualified immunity. Those &$$holes deserve jail time

All those crooked cops should be sent to prison and have their crimes broadcast to the inmates. Bet that crap would stop immediately!

Something similar happened to me but it was security guards who tackled me, 2yrs 8 months and 11 days later I got $130, 000 the lawyer took half, but the MAIN thing I learned is that lawyers including my own are truly the SCUM of the earth

I hope ever person living in America hears this. Especially those that quickly exclaim "sue them" when they see examples of injustice. This case has been pending for a decade and still hasn't been resolved. That's not justice. Its a slap in the face of the citizen.

Many innocent people would've taken a plea deal for something they obviously didn't do. Thank God he didn't and he's fighting for not even justice, but basic rights.
