Steico | A good investment but wait if you want to buy it

Hey guys,

today we will talk about Steico. Steico is a company based in Germany which produces sustainable products for the housing market. Their products are used for building houses with prefabricated wooden material or for isolation. Due to the fact that these product help to reduce co2 emissions it is a product where I assume a high demand in the future.
The problem being that the market for building new houses pretty much crashed around the world due to the rising interest rates. Also people might not have enough money to upgrade their homes with the sky high inflation right now.
Yet I assume for the longterm Steico might be a very good investment.
