I knew this! One day I was on my way to work. The sun looked extremely different. I mentioned this to my employer because I noticed a lot of things that they average person doesn't notice. People think that I'm crazy. I also saw the video about the sunflowers turning away from the sun! WOW! What has this world become? All i know is that for over 20 years now, I have been led to leave the STATES! Nothing UNITED about this place. I just didn't know when I was leaving. I feel it will be sooner than I think. I love to learn. I can listen to this man every day!

I live in Alaska and we have seasonal sun exposure and seasonal darkness. Sometimes we have 22 hours sunlight a 2 hours dusk dawn. We are now entering a period of darkness where we might get 3 hours of daylight.. Summer time people don’t know when to rest. Winter depression is a problem for us all

It causes the excess secretion of cortisol. Cortisol is important, but but an imbalance can cause major imbalance through the bodys systems, which is disease. Ot is very difficult to re-balance the inner body. On different levels we all need balance.
