Synopsis of Eco:
There can be a disparity between who one is and who one wants to be. This contradiction can slowly eat away one’s inner self and drive one to the brink of madness. We are told stories that define us from the outside in, what it means to be virtuous and successful, and the inner self can get smashed into oblivion in the process. Eco has managed to climb the corporate ladder to the top, but there still seems to be this emptiness inside him, just like in the people who surround him. He can’t deny his connection to nature anymore and finds himself in a fantasy of purity, beauty, and calmness of the Mother Earth. He must find a way to the present moment in order to find happiness again.

This video reminds me of my life recently. It seems like such a contrast from working in the corporate concrete jungle and being out in nature. I visited costa Rica and I quit my engineering job as the top worldwide producer because I believe our souls are crying out for freedom and expansion which is very difficult when you are obsessed with consumerism and production. Thank you for your genius abilities. Tesla said "if ypu want to understand the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration. Over working, deceit, consumerism in excess, anger, jealous, stress, guilt (these all produce the lowest frequency.)

So what I got from the video is this guy lived a life full of corporate business where everyone he worked with he just didn't know/slash care for, and everyday was the same. So he decided to take a leap of faith to leave the tasteless world he knew and ended up loving it. I myself haven't had the tasteless world but I've taking a leap of faith to try a job I've always wanted to try and it's led me to places I never would imagine and I enjoy every bit of it. Don't be scared, live your life to the fullest! If it's not what you want, go for it!
