Lol I use my parent's mac on a separate account and they have stupid parental controls set for my account and I don't know my parent's password. My parents gave me an admin account though so with this tutorial I was able to enable the root account and say goodbye to parental controls! It doesn't show on the logon screen when logged off but if the account is logged on then it will show as 'System Administrator.' I have to remember to log off when I'm not using the mac so that my parents don't find out.

Anyways I still want to tell you how helpful this tutorial was and thanks for your help!
