Pls don’t send passwords over Rest api. Take the password and hash it inside of the client. Then check if hashes match. Big security risk

Bro don't want to disrespect you but your video and knowledge of Rest API development is very poor. I just came for a refresher on Java based REST API implemented with Spring-boot framework since I have shifted to other technologies. Though, you touched all the necessary topics and since I am aware of this I was able to co-relate what you are trying to convey. However, for the beginners you are surely not teaching it right. You yourself seems to be not aware of those standards and framework concepts. If you were a dev in my team, your code review would have stayed under review only for long time :).

The worst tutorial i have ever seen in my life, did not explain even one concept clearly and left you to figure out why your application fails by yourself. I have wasted time in my life trying to get this garbage tutorial code to work. If you cant be bothered to explain what you did and are just going to copy paste code and say "see? it works" why even make the tutorial at all?
